If you're searching for online maps of Chattanooga and/or the surrounding area, you can try the Google Maps page at maps.google.com. You don't have to type in a map of Chattanooga. Just click on the search box on the Google Maps page and type in "Chattanooga". And bingo! It will pull up a Chattanooga map.

Google maps also has a cool feature that enables you to select a traditional map, a satellite map, or a hybrid of the two types.

I found my house using the satellite version, but I did notice, based on the look of the area around the Tennessee Aquarium and Ross' Landing, that the satellite map is slightly outdated.

For instance, the new Ocean Journey Building at the Aquarium is not present and the Southern Belle Riverboat is closer to the Market Street Bridge than it's newest location. FYI: I last viewed the map in question on October 5, 2005. It may be updated now, depending on when you are viewing this page.
