Conference at the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel

While I've never stayed at the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel, I have been to a training conference there.

A few years ago, my employer held a training conference at the Choo Choo in a very nice conference room.

They had the Choo Choo cater the event. Each morning we had a nice continental breakfast waiting in the room.

For lunch, one day we were served a very nice gourmet lunch. The next two days we were served sandwiches in the conference room. This was due to my employer's "cost control" not the hotel's decision.

All in all, it was a very nice conference and we were able to take in the scenery in the high domed lobby and on the hotel grounds during breaks as well.

I'd definitely like to stay in a train car some time as a break from the ordinary hotel stay.
