The Best BBQ in Chattanooga is HillbillyWillys!

We have eaten bbq all over the world, but when some friends told us, we had to try this bbq place in called HillbillyWillys.

We fell in love with the name instantly!

It's perfect for a bbq joint in the south, so we just had to check it out!

How charming when we walked in, we were greeted by everyone, the cashier explained the menu thoroughly & with a smile.

All of their sides & vegetables are homemade & you can taste the freshness.

She said the ribs were by far their best seller so we got the combo plate that comes with beef briskett & 1/2 slab of ribs with their made from scratch dry rub, & their secret recipe mild & hot sauce on the side.

Oh my goodness, they were moist, with a smokey flavor but not overdone, and amazing! We had potato salad, the Hillbilly's secret recipe, & his baked beans.

We were so pleased and so satisfied.

The restaurant is family owned & operated and we met the owners. They were serving & going around checking on everyone to make sure we were happy & had a good experience!

We just love this place and feel everyone should know about it because it is truly a unique & wonderful dining experience in Chattanooga, TN.
